What Is on the Roadmap?

The developer has committed to expanding Stonewards throughout Early Access. Planned additions include new maps, new enemy types, bosses, playable characters, and deeper upgrade systems. The exact order and timing of these features has not been announced, but the roadmap points to regular content drops alongside bug fixes.

Will Progress Reset?

There has been no announcement of a wipe. Early Access games sometimes reset progress after major milestones, but Banana Tiger Studio has not confirmed one. If you are investing time in unlocks, treat progress as stable unless the developer says otherwise.

From Community Gameplay

Community footage from the current build gives a quick read on the EA state:

  • The build is surprisingly stable. “For an early access game, I’ve had very few bugs. I’ve fallen through the map once or twice, but otherwise it’s surprisingly stable” (community review, 03:18).
  • Patch changes are visible in-game. Players confirmed the Blacksmith max level cap is really 999 in the upgrade UI (“its maximum level was increased from 101 all the way to 999”) (community review, 03:52).
  • Content depth is the wait-and-see item. Reviewers expect more maps and systems over the 9–12 month window, while noting the launch loop is already solid (community review, 03:37; 04:24).
